Not in a boardroom. Not scrolling through someone else’s highlight reel. But around a dinner table in a city you’ve never been to, watching your kids experience something for the very first time, and thinking… this is what it’s all about.
We’re Terrell and Jen, parents to 9-year-old twins (yes, a boy and a girl, double the chaos, double the joy), and we have been bitten hard by the travel bug. Over the years, we’ve explored 25 countries together, navigated more than a few travel disasters, and discovered something we didn’t expect along the way. Travel has a way of bringing your family closer than almost anything else can.
But here’s the thing nobody tells you before you book that first trip with kids: it can also be exhausting, expensive, and overwhelming in ways that make you want to stay home forever.
We’ve been there. The missed connections. The overpacked bags. The itinerary that looked great on paper and fell apart by 10 AM. The moments where we looked at each other and thought, why did we think this was a good idea?

We believe you don’t need an unlimited budget or two weeks off work to make it happen. You need a plan, a little flexibility, and the willingness to show up for the people who matter most.
We cover cruises, road trips, family destinations, and everything in between, always with an eye toward maximizing your experience without blowing your budget or your sanity. Mid-range family?
